Find out your individual budget total by filling in six tabs - based on many factors including how much gear you need and how long you think it will take.

Google Sheets - quick how to guide.

You want to make a copy or change the currency - here’s how.

Make a copy.

Two options available:

  1. File > Make a copy

  2. File > Download (Microsoft Excel) - please note that it doesn't look as good when copied this way!

Change currency.

To add a different currency (other than GBP and USD) simply select a column and follow these instructions:

  • Format > Number > More formats > ‘More currencies

The Useful bit.

Each tool has a sheet called ‘The useful bit’ as this is the tab that highlights your budget or savings total.

This sheet is protected as you don't need to enter any information on this tab - it will pull data from the other tabs.
